Series A Road Reflecting Glass Beads and Coated Glass Beads (Reflecting)
The reflecting glass bead is necessary material for standard road paint mainly used for road marking (hot-melt paint premixing and sprinkling on surface), signboard, fence profile marking and handicraft bead.
After outside treatment by a high-performance organosilicon, the strong polar group on the surface of coated glass bead is transformed into non- polar group, which weakens the dust adsorption of bead surface from the air. As the specific coupling agent exists in the coated bead, the cohesive force of the tiny bead and paint is improved so as to prevent part of fine glass from depositing into paint. The coated glass bead after treatment is more predominant in the performance.

Series B High Strength Glass Bead (Blasting)
With compressed air as implicit power, this product is made by sprinkling beads under high speed and pressure on the surface of workpiece for peening and polishing.
Other purposes of the products are as follows:
¡ô Clear diverse moulds of impact forging, forging, glass, rubber and plastic, metal casting and extrusion.
¡ô Eliminate tensile stress, increase fatigue life and enhance stress corrosion resistance. For example, aircraft engine turbo, vane, shaft, undercarriage, diversified springs and gears, etc.
¡ô Clean and remove slitter edge and burr on the circuit plate and plastic-sealed geminate transistors before stannum soldering
¡ô Remove stems in the piston and cylinder and provide bright and half-lackluster surface for medical mechanical instruments and automobile parts
¡ô Clear electromotor and such parts as loop, electric brush and rotor of during heavy repair
¡ô Clean up and remove burr of metal tube and precisely-melten non-ferrous metal tube. Be used for peening aggrandizement and polishing of textile machinery parts.
